In individuals who experience shyness in childhood compared to other children, it may be inevitable to see social anxiety and social phobia at future ages.
The feeling of shyness when speaking in public is generally seen in humans. Therefore, most of these situations are not considered to be a disease. In fact, it is seen that such issues sometimes help increase the motivation of individuals.
In order to be able to diagnose social phobia, it is necessary to have avoidant behaviors rather than fear in the individual. If the person does not escape, if he is pushing himself towards the situation and forcing himself to something, situations that turn into social phobia will occur. At the same time, an individual with this type of illness the awareness that their fears are overdosed or meaningless.

Physical symptoms are observed when faced with the feared situation. These are usually obvious details. These are physical symptoms such as facial flushing, sweating, dry mouth, palpitations, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, tightening of the muscles, shaking and feeling bad.
